Position Summary

WellSIM Biomedical Technologies is an early-stage biotech company dedicated to cutting-edge extracellular vesicle isolation and analysis technology for research and clinical applications.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced molecular biology scientist to join our R&D team located at Berkeley, California.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Development of single-cell/EV analysis platform

• RNA-seq library prep and data analysis

• Cell culture, sample preparation, and assay development

• Perform standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques including bioanalyzer, cell staining, qPCR, ELISAs, western blots, etc.

 

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology, Microfluidics, or a related field is preferred

• Extensive experience with next-generation sequencing, library preparation, and sequencing data analysis

• Familiar with microfluidics, scRNA-seq, and its analysis pipelines

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good communication skills

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
