Position Summary

WellSIM Biomedical Technologies is an early-stage biotech company dedicated to cutting-edge extracellular vesicle isolation and analysis technology for research and clinical applications.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Microfluidics Engineer to join our R&D team located at Berkeley, California.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Development of extracellular vesicle isolation and analysis technology

• Cell culture, sample preparation, and assay development

• Perform standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques including mass spectrometry, western blots, NTA (Nanosight), qPCR, sequencing, etc.

• Sequencing and mass spec data analysis

 

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Mechanics or related field is preferred

• Extensive experience with microfluidics, microfabrication, biotechnologies

• Familiar with extracellular vesicles (exosomes) and their characterization methods

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good communication skills

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
